We will try to take household items like pillows, blankets, plastic kitchen ware, etc—nothing breakable please, we don’t have time to be that careful. Sons of Thunder men’s ministry will meet this Thursday at           Community Fellowship church in Jonesboro. Supper at 6:00, worship at 7:00. Our church bus will leave our church around 5:30 for anyone who wants a ride.

Merge, our community outreach to teenagers, starts this Friday and goes thru Sunday.  Our major need right now is funding the ministry. If you will help with any size donation, see Bro Joey Rupard.

Mexican rice

We had planned on sending 800 lbs of rice with Darrel to Juarez, Mex on February 2 for a leadership conference there. But last week   Windmill Rice gave us 2300 lbs of rice (no charge) so the men going will now either take 2 vans or we will borrow a trailer to pull behind a van. The money we have given to buy rice will now be used to help with gas to get the rice there, and the remainder will be divided between the 4 Hispanic churches who will be at the leadership conference. God has taken the money we have given and has multiplied it in ways we could have never dreamed.

Help needed on Wednesday nights: 1) we need at least one more teacher for our grade school students 2) we need at least one more person to help with crowd control with our grade school students.

See Amy Fisher if you will help with either.

Congratulations to TeJaye & Bailye Moye on the birth of Milee Brooke. 7 lb, 10 oz. 20” long.
