Ladies Life Group will meet tonight after our evening service. Potluck for food and drink.

Reminder for our Wednesday night adult group that this is the 3rd Wednesday night.

Tailgate worship service next Sunday night in the yard and around the oak trees north of our sanctuary. We will start eating around 5:00, outdoor worship at 6:00 (notice the difference from our usual worship time) Meal is potluck, we will have a grill and bon fire burning if you have something you want to cook. Church will supply the cups, plates, etc. Bring a tailgate, chair, blanket...

Trunk or Treat for grade school children will be Sunday evening, October 29, 5:00-6:30. We will have food, a bounce house, games, prizes and all kinds of things in trunks and pickup beds, etc. Please sign up on our bulletin board so we can know what you are going to do with your car trunk; SUV/mini van; tailgate; trailer/farm  wagon; or any other creative idea. Children are encouraged to wear a costume, but we are trying to stay away from witches, goblins and such.  See Amy Fisher with any questions—she is recuperating at home but you can call her,       870-219-4431.

Our youth group will probably be doing a hay ride and  bonfire after the trunk or treat.

Congratulations to Courtney Toddy on the birth of Asher Cole, 7lb, 3oz, 20 inches long!

This amounts to teaching about a 20 minute prepared lesson with a video intro, to about 12 students. See Amy ASAP if you will help with this temporary ministry.

Our Wednesday night adult group will be feeding our children’s ministry this Wednesday night.
Also: a financial statement for September will be available.

~We usually have our Sunday night tailgate service and our chili cook off planned a year in advance, but did not this year so we could plug them in at the best times. We will have the tailgate service when the weather cools off a little more, we may have the chili cook off before the end of the year or may wait till right after the first of the year? We’ll be announcing them both.
